Having lived in Dharamsala, a town in the foothills of the Indian Himalayas for the best part of the last twenty years, mindfulness and meditation are a way of life for me. Combined with my BSc (Hons) Psychology degree, meant that clinical hypnotherapy was a natural path to take. I care deeply about mental health and emotional wellness. My work is my passion, which is to empower my clients to take control of their lives and create their own preferred future. I always deliver the very highest level of service to everyone I am fortunate enough to support along their wellness journey, approaching each clients sessions with 100% commitment to achieving the very best possible outcome.

Trance is a perfectly natural state of mental and physical relaxation, which can be utilised for therapeutic means. Our brains move in and out of trance throughout our daily lives, for example, when we are driving, day dreaming, playing sports or watching television.
Hypnotherapy uses trance to programme the brain with positive, life enhancing messages, designed to foster self belief, confidence and emotional wellbeing. You are always in complete control and will leave the trance session feeling refreshed, relaxed and perfectly at ease.
